Bandcamp, our online music vendor, announced plans to donate their share of artist sales to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund on Friday, June 19 (Juneteenth). In their announcement, they also encouraged artists to look for ways to support racial equality in their community.
In response, we are donating our share of sales on Friday to SURJ Greater Lafayette to support The Collective’s REplenish Fund.
We are also encouraging fellow Bandcamp artists to take up the cause.
Jeff Anderson and Frank Muffin are participating as well.
Here’s what to do:
- Mark your calendar for Friday, June 19, 3:00 a.m. through Saturday, June 20 3:00 a.m. EDT (or midnight to midnight PDT)
- Buy music from June IND on our Bandcamp page.
- Buy music from Jeff Anderson on his Bandcamp page.
- Buy music from Frank Muffin on their Bandcamp page.
- Already have our music? Gift your download to a friend.
